Job summary

Rocket Lab Corp. invites an intern to contribute to the security team across education, intelligence and risk assessments, and network research. You’ll work closely with a mentor, applying knowledge to real challenges while expanding technical and professional skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Expect frequent check-ins, opportunities to lead development projects with supervision, and engagement in intern events to build cross-team connections within Rocket Lab.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an associates, bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate degree program in field of criminal justice, national security, emergency management, or similar.
• GPA of 3.0
• 3+ months of general work experience (internships or other project experience)

Responsibilities

• Assist security team with education, intelligence and risk assessments, network infrastructure research, and physical security tasks.
• Collaborate with mentors and team members to grow technical and professional skills.
• Attend frequent 1:1 meetings with mentors to facilitate success and provide progress updates.
• Participate in intern events and network with colleagues across the organization.

Education

Associates/Bachelor’s/Master’s or Doctorate degree program in criminal justice or related field
