Job summary

Rocket Lab is seeking a Security Analyst Intern to work on-site in Long Beach, CA. You will support the Security Team with education, intelligence gathering, risk assessments, and network infrastructure research while learning from mentors.

Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate across teams, and demonstrate a GPA of 3.0 with at least 3 months of relevant experience. A relocation stipend and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an associates, bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate degree program in field of criminal justice, national security, emergency management, or similar, and have at least one semester of school remaining post internship.
• GPA of 3.0
• 3+ months of general work experience (internships or other personal/team project experience is applicable)

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge to security education, intelligence and risk assessments, network infrastructure research and physical security.
• Attend 1:1 mentoring sessions and progress updates.
• Participate in tech talks and intern networking events.
