Job summary

Rocket Lab in Long Beach, CA seeks a Test Engineering Intern to support the test infrastructure for propulsion and fluids systems from concept to flight. You'll work with mentors, applying engineering concepts and growing technically and professionally in a fast-paced team.

You will attend frequent 1:1s, tech talks, and intern events while contributing to real-world tests and learning objectives. The role requires on-site work for a minimum 12 weeks beginning January–March 2027.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate in an engineering discipline with at least one semester remaining.

• GPA 3.0 or above.

Responsibilities

• Support test infrastructure design and operation for propulsion and fluids systems.
• Collaborate with mentors and teams to apply engineering concepts to real challenges.
