Job summary

Rocket Lab in Long Beach, CA is seeking an Integration and Test Intern to support the Space Systems Integration and Test Team. You will work with mentors to apply engineering concepts and contribute to the assembly, integration and test phase of spacecraft.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate in engineering, physics or math with at least one semester remaining, have a 3.0 GPA, and 3+ months of applied engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate degree program in engineering, physics or math and have at least one semester remaining post internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or above
• 3+ months of applied engineering experience (internship, lab, or project experience)

Responsibilities

• Assist integration and test activities under mentors.
• Support cross-team collaboration to deliver results.
• Attend regular 1:1s with mentors and supervisors to track progress and learnings.
