Qualifications

• This role requires a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline with manufacturing exposure.
• 3+ years in manufacturing engineering; 1+ year creating English work instructions.
• Experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) activities.
• Translate engineering requirements into robust manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with design, quality, supply chain, and production teams to accelerate build timelines.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documents, including work instructions and process flows.
• Evaluate new manufacturing technologies (machining, welding, additive manufacturing).
• Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Ensure adherence to AS9100/ISO 9001 quality and safety standards.
