Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology leader, is seeking a Senior Operations Lead for the Space Special Programs team. You will partner with the General Manager to drive organizational planning, governance, and cross-functional execution, delivering strategic projects across engineering, finance, and operations.

You will own day-to-day operations, design scalable processes, and lead initiatives from discovery through resolution, aligning with executive objectives and space mission priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting, operations, finance, or product/business ops roles
• Excellent communication with executives and leaders
• Ability to manage multiple large projects in parallel
• Experience bringing hardware/software products to market preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop organizational strategy with leadership; define metrics and governance structures
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Divisions/Partners; design operating model
• Drive day-to-day operations and implement scalable processes across the line
• Own end-to-end execution of strategic projects from discovery to resolution
