Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Head of Programs for Space Special Programs in Chantilly, VA. You will lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple contracts, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with customers and engineering teams.

The role requires space systems engineering experience, cross-functional leadership, and a track record with national security space programs. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Space hardware, payloads, subsystems, or satellites experience.
• Experience managing multiple programs and program managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong space systems engineering, environmental considerations, and verification & validation.
• Experience with deployment and integration of sophisticated hardware and software for national security space systems.
• B.S. in Engineering or related field; MBA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project from start to finish with the customer and engineering team.
• Embed with customers to understand mission challenges and shape products with Anduril engineers.
• Build the solution with engineers and pivot development to meet client needs; collaborate across internal teams.
• Plan and communicate the path to success with internal and external partners; develop sprint plans and milestones.
• Grow the business through customer success by meeting commercial targets and building trusted partnerships.
