Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Space business line. You will lead day-to-day execution of program initiatives, manage budgets and schedules with the customer, and align technical objectives with contractual requirements across multiple teams.

The role focuses on building a resilient, software-defined mesh networking layer and C2 capabilities for Space Domain Awareness, working with partners to meet tight fielding timelines in support of DoD and IC

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing, or leading complex software programs for C2 capabilities.
• Experience managing software products with end users over iterative cycles.
• Experience deploying and integrating hardware and software systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable, inquisitive, and able to work in limited-resource environments.

Responsibilities

• Ownership: lead projects from start to finish with customer and engineering teams.
• Embed/Engage: represent customer needs and inform product development with engineers.
• Build/Orchestrate: coordinate internal teams to deliver hardware/software solutions.
• Plan: create sprint and execution plans with partners and customers.
• Grow business: establish partnerships and hit commercial targets.
