Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States seeks a Program Assistant for the Space Special Programs team. You will act as a trusted partner to the GM, manage calendars, coordinate travel, and help prepare documents to keep operations moving.

You will support the Head of Operations, enable engineering teams, and help the organization pursue mission objectives with speed and reliability. This role requires US citizenship and TS clearance readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an administrative role for a senior executive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High emotional intelligence and data-driven, people-centric problem solving.
• High integrity and the ability to guard sensitive information.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a U.S. Top Secret clearance.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams on spacecraft programs.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage the GM's schedule and priorities.
• Plan travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Organize long-term goals and track progress.
• Prepare documents and collect information across the company.
• Facilitate meetings with customers and partners and ensure documentation and security readiness.
