Job summary

You will work across engineering, product, operations, and mission success to drive space hardware and software initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and excellent program outcomes in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Experience executing engineering or program management for space hardware, payloads, subsystems, or satellites.
• 4+ years managing spacecraft or space subsystem teams.
• B.S. in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience building and leading cross-functional teams.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of program initiatives and tasks with budget and schedule oversight.
• Collaborate with customer, and internal teams to satisfy technical objectives and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with Head of Programs, Head of Operations, and Business Operations team.
• Manage multiple orbital programs and space system development and delivery contracts.
• Build sprint plans, execution plans, milestones with clients and engineers.
• Drive top-line growth through customer success and strategic opportunities.
