Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience in finance-related roles (financial operations, cost, schedule, etc.).
• Experience collecting data from several sources, performing analysis, and communicating data.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Strong business analytical skills with data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Control costs and schedules on contracts with validated cost schedule control systems.
• Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure contracts stay within parameters and guidelines.
• Contribute to budgets and schedules for all contract work and conduct variance analysis.
• Assist in funding profiles, sales outlook, and ensure adequate funding by recording expenditures.
• Direct contractual changes into control systems and reflect them accurately.
• Monitor outstanding work against contracts to maintain baselines.
