Job summary

Sierra Space is seeking a Program Manager II to lead a program or IPT with responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical performance. You will collaborate with engineering, finance, supply chain, and operations to ensure program success and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires extensive program management experience, with emphasis on EVMS, CAM, FAR, and CAS, and the ability to mentor junior managers while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field, or a Master's with 6+ years experience.
• 8+ years of related program management experience with large scopes.
• PfMP or similar senior PM certifications preferred.
• Deep knowledge of program planning, execution, and resource management.
• Ability to lead reviews and interface with finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic program planning, execution, and resource management.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and technical performance for programs.
• Develop and deliver program status reports to stakeholders.
