Job summary

Sierra Space seeks a Program Manager II to lead a portfolio of programs with responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical performance. You will manage budgets, schedules, and IPTs, partnering with engineering, finance, supply chain, and operations to meet objectives.

You will apply advanced program management methods, develop Learnings & Development initiatives, monitor risks, and deliver reports to stakeholders; external customer relationships are key to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or Master's with 6+ years) plus 8+ years PM experience.
• Ability to manage a program with limited oversight.
• Experience budgeting and meeting schedules/tech objectives.
• Proven track record in program planning, execution, resources.
• Ability to mentor junior managers.
• Strong KPI measurement and reporting.
• Experience with IPTs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a program, IPT, or portfolio with cost, schedule, and technical performance accountability.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets; communicate status, risks, and issues.
