Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree with 6+ years, OR PhD with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in government contracting requirements and cost control guidelines.
• Outstanding analytical abilities and creative problem‑solving skills.
• Powerful communication style and inspirational leadership approach.
• Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite.
