Job summary

Sierra Space in Colorado is seeking a Program Cost Scheduling & Control Analyst II to help manage contract costs and schedules under a validated cost scheduling system.

You will prepare budgets, funding profiles, variance analyses, and reports, track expenditures, and ensure funding aligns with contracts. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience are preferred; advanced Excel and ERP knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience in finance/analysis roles in business, program, or operations management.
• Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).

Responsibilities

• Analyze costs and schedules for contracts under cost schedule control.
• Prepare budgets, funding profiles, and variance analyses.
• Maintain accurate expenditure records and monitor commitments.
• Produce contractual change documents and ensure baselines.
• Provide financial reporting to stay within negotiated parameters.
