Job summary

Sierra Space is seeking a Sr Program Cost Scheduling & Control Analyst to lead planning and scheduling for complex space programs, ensuring programs stay within negotiated parameters and government cost controls. You will develop budgets, perform financial analyses, and ensure funding availability while guiding a project team.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced Excel capabilities, and experience with DoD contracting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or higher.
• 5+ years of related experience in finance, program management, or cost/schedule control.
• Experience with DoD/government contracting policies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling for complex programs and projects.
• Prepare budgets and schedules for all contract work.
• Perform financial analyses including funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.
• Maintain contract cost and schedule baselines and ensure funding availability.
• Mentor team members and drive execution.
