Job summary

Leidos has a contingent opening for a Program Manager to support the Exploration, Environment & Earth Intelligence Division. The PM will lead strategy execution, support services, and contractor deliverables to NASA and space industry customers while supervising staff and managing program quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, CS, or related field with 10+ years in technical/management roles, or a Master’s with 8+ years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field with 10+ years of technical/management experience.
• Master’s degree plus 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with different contract types, such as FFP.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for contract performance including scope, cost, schedule, staffing, and quality.
• Serve as primary customer liaison (CO/COR) and manage customer relationships.
• Organize and lead cross-functional teams to meet contract requirements.
• Forecast budgets and labor resources; manage risk and changes.
• Support business development and growth opportunities.
