Job summary

Manager A/B/C provide project leadership, ensure regulatory compliance with EHRS, supervise freezer farm spaces, liaise with departmental admins, and support campus

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Arts with 1–2 years of experience in facilities or a related field.
• Experience with space management and research lab operations is preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Space transition project management across labs and spaces.
• Regulatory lab clear-outs with EHRS involvement and safe disposal.
• Animal space transition coordination and capacity monitoring.
• Freezer farm management and space inventory tracking.
• Departmental liaison with BAs and admins around space plans.
• Campus food and beverage support as needed.
