Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an experienced systems engineer for the New Glenn Stage 2, GS2-4E program in Denver, CO. You will own subsystem operations, CONOPS, safety analyses, and verification strategies to enable safe, repeatable spaceflight.

You will collaborate with stage leads and verification teams to feed lessons learned into flight operations, ensuring robust interfaces and compliant performance across liftoff and ascent phases.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in a technical field and hands-on engineering experience.
• Experience in fluids, thermal, propulsion, or cryogenics with tests/designs.
• Ability to author, decompose, and verify requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build CONOPS for pre-launch and flight operations.
• Develop verification plans and strategies for requirements.
• Lead gated reviews and support program reviews.
• Define operational constraints for safe end-to-end operation.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate constraints into flight plans.
