Job summary

Blue Origin LLC in the United States is seeking a Sr. Operations integrator for the New Glenn Stage 1 to own subsystem operations, CONOPS, and test activities.

You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, software, and test teams to ensure seamless integration and safe launches. The role requires a BS in engineering and 8+ years in mechanical or pressurized systems, with strong system engineering knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years of proven experience with mechanical or pressurized systems.
• Experience with system engineering principles and processes.
• Experience in analysis, design, or integrated testing of mechanical or fluid power systems.
• Understanding of mechanical or fluid system principles, components, and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed and capable of balancing several tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time on console support for integrated tests, launch and recovery operations.
• Support hardware design reviews and technical assessments.
• Serve as a primary technical POC for all design, test, software, operations, and refurbishment artifacts.
• Develop and maintain CONOPS documentation and detailed vehicle operational timelines.
• Define product testing requirements, operations lifecycle, maintenance requirements, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, software, test, and operations teams for seamless integration.
• Support failure analysis and corrective action implementation.
