Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, is seeking an IPT Lead to drive avionics product development across the full life cycle. You will own budget, schedule and technical execution while leading a cross-functional team spanning engineering, production, and program management.

The role requires experience delivering spacecraft subsystems (power, mass, thermal, comms) on time and on budget, with strong leadership, risk management, and communication skills in a fast-paced space environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field with 9+ years of hardware/software development experience.
• Experience as REA/IPT Lead or Systems Engineer in the Space sector.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point for delivery of products to customers on time, on budget, on quality.
• Drive team execution and upcoming milestone achievement.
• Coordinate with technical leads to manage scope, planning, costs, schedules and risk.
