Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, seeks an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead to drive schedule, cost and technical oversight across satellite programs. You will lead cross-functional teams with production, ATLO and customers to deliver qualified subsystems on time and within budget, while optimizing manufacturability and throughput.

A US citizenship security clearance is required. Level 3/4 roles offer broad leadership, risk management and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering field.
• 5 years’ program or project management experience.
• 5 years’ experience managing project schedules with PM tools.
• Experience with military/space electronics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex projects.
• Lead studies, reports, risk assessments, and planning efforts.
• Identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation.
• Develop and establish lead time requirements.
• Coordinate project plans, baselines, and processes across teams.
• Serve as primary contact to establish stakeholder requirements and objectives.
