Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, seeks an Integrated Product Team Lead to manage schedules, budgets, and technical oversight across programs. You will coordinate multiple teams to deliver qualified subsystem components on time and on budget.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in program/project management, with US citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance. Level 3/4 experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering or computer science field.
• 5 years’ experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience managing project schedules and using standard PM tools.
• Experience with electronic components for Military and Aerospace Systems.
• Experience in a cross-functional environment including military/space electronics.
• Ability to obtain US Security Clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change activities.
• Lead studies/analysis, risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints on product development, production rates, and process improvements.
• Identify risk and opportunity potential, develop mitigation planning and refine the business case.
• Develop and establish lead time requirements.
• Facilitate integration of project plans, schedules, and baseline management methodologies.
• Act as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and objectives.
• Direct all phases of projects or subsystems from inception through completion.
• Coordinate commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies.
