Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, seeks a Functional Manager for Spacecraft Integration & Test. You will lead 20–25 engineers in ATLO, guiding staffing, coaching, and career growth while advancing assembly, test, and launch readiness for the constellation program.

You will drive process improvements, sponsor initiatives, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to hit ambitious monthly production targets. Strong leadership and aerospace experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 1+ year leadership experience or equivalent Boeing leadership program.
• 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, or test engineering.
• Experience with spacecraft systems integration and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 20–25 person ATLO team; set goals and mentor staff.
• Oversee hiring, recruiting, and staffing across ATLO initiatives.
• Drive process improvements to reach 5 vehicles/month by 2026 and 10/month by 2029.
