Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking an Enterprise Optimization Analyst to advance space architecture design, optimization, and trade studies. You will perform analysis using in-house tools and collaborate across disciplines to deliver actionable insights to customers and leadership.

The role requires an MS (or PhD) in a relevant field, 0–1 year of experience, and knowledge of orbital mechanics, constellation design, and programming in Python/C/C++/MATLAB. A Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• MS degree or PhD in a related field; transcripts required.
• 0–1 year of industry work experience for the role.
• Experience with constellation design and orbital mechanics.
• Programming knowledge in Python, C, C++, MATLAB or similar.

Responsibilities

• Independently and collaboratively conduct deep dives, trade studies, and assessments.
• Utilize engineering analysis tools to deliver technical insights and recommendations.
• Develop and present analyses and reports to technical leads and customers.
• Contribute to development of analysis software and improve simulation capabilities.
• Foster strong relationships with government customers and contractor teammates.
