Technical Staff role focuses on space architecture design, portfolio optimization, and data-driven decision support across multiple programs. You will work in a team that interfaces with government customers and contractors, contributing to high-impact studies and model development.

Qualifications

• B.S. in aerospace, astronautical, or mechanical engineering or related field.
• Advanced degree or 2+ years of relevant and progressive professional or academic experience.
• Experience with constellation design, orbital mechanics, or math related to satellite access geometry.
• Knowledge of Python, C, C++, MATLAB, or another programming language.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep dives, trade studies, and assessments to address customer needs in space architecture design, trade space exploration, and portfolio analysis.
• Leverage in-house and off-the-shelf tools to deliver technical insights through analyses and trade studies.
• Develop and enhance simulation/analysis capabilities for a range of customers.
• Prepare and present timely, technically accurate reports and recommendations to technical leads and customers.
• Build relationships with cross-organization partners and collaborators.
