Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead capital construction projects across the FMSO organization. You will coordinate with engineering, EH&S, procurement, and general contractors to deliver on schedule and budget.

The role requires 8+ years of construction management experience, proficiency with P6 Primavera or MS Project, and strong communication and leadership skills for multi-site programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience planning and managing construction projects in capital delivery.
• Experience tracking schedule performance and cost/rate management.
• Ability to develop and execute plans across Initiating, Planning, Execute & Complete, Close-out.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-organizational construction projects from planning to close-out.
• Develop and implement process improvements for construction program delivery.
• Ensure project control systems are in place and aligned with leadership.
• Mentor managers and validate field-level reporting for program status.
