Hand & Stone Millstone/Jackson in Millstone, NJ seeks a Lead Spa Associate to inspire the team and deliver exceptional client experiences while supporting daily operations. You will coach staff, promote memberships, and help drive spa performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, sales, and outstanding service, with a schedule that supports a busy wellness environment and a focus on member engagement.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for wellness.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Availability should include 10-6pm Tuesday - Saturday

Responsibilities

Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
Support Spa Associates through coaching, training, and daily guidance
Meet and exceed membership sales and retail goals
Build lasting relationships with members and guests
Promote spa services, memberships, and special offers
Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily operations
Maintain spa cleanliness and presentation standards
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support administrative tasks
Help create a positive, results-driven team culture
