Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Hackensack, NJ is seeking an energetic Spa Sales Manager to oversee daily sales, lead staff, and drive membership and spa package sales. The role requires a proactive leader who can implement sales programs and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will work with the Spa Director and front desk team, train associates, manage client memberships, and ensure smooth operations while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver strong customer service.
• Experience coaching staff and leading a team in a service environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, and computer skills."
• Retail/sales experience in a spa or hospitality setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with spa services and product lines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day spa sales and drive membership/ spa package sales.
• Develop and implement programs to hit sales targets and improve customer experience.
• Lead and train front-desk and spa staff; collaborate with Spa Director and managers.
• Handle administrative duties including KPI reporting and performance reviews.
• Promote health and wellness benefits of massage and facials.
• Maintain flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
