Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Millstone/Jackson, NJ, is seeking a Front Desk/Spa Associate. You will be a critical link in ensuring an outstanding customer experience at our spa, handling member interactions, appointments, and service options with a positive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must be exceptionally organized with great attention to detail.
• Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales quota
• Detailed knowledge of the menu of services – don’t worry, we’ll train you!
• Have excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last
• Capable of working flexible hours
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards, maintain a clean and tidy environment
• Good verbal and written communication
• Bring a positive and energetic attitude to the team
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
• Perform various other duties as assigned
