Qualifications

• Comfortable working with reports, spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and business software.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in guiding guests about memberships, services, and retail products.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day spa operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Lead Spa Associates during shifts and act as a resource for the team.
• Train, coach, and support front desk procedures, guest service expectations, and membership sales.
• Assist management with administrative tasks, reporting, data entry, and projects.
• Coordinate scheduling, appointment management, and front desk coverage.
• Handle lead follow-up, guest outreach, and CRM-related tasks.
• Support inventory, supplies, and organizational needs.
• Educate guests on services, membership benefits, and promotions.
• Contribute to achieving spa sales goals with membership and retail efforts.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
