Job summary

Legacy Resort Hotel and Spa in San Diego, CA is seeking a Spa Supervisor to oversee daily spa operations and staff. You will manage guest relations, front desk duties, appointments, and retail guidance in line with Legacy standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or spa operations is preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations and staff supervision.
• Coordinate front desk duties, appointments, and guest check-ins.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and product recommendations.
• Maintain spa areas, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Support spa manager in training and scheduling staff.
