You will oversee daily spa/salon operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead a team to deliver high-caliber services and experiences. Must have leadership experience and be 21 or older.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in guest service or hospitality.
• Leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Spa & Salon services preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the spa and/or salon environment ensuring guest and employee satisfaction.
• Ensure timely and professional resolution of guest concerns and communicate company policies to staff.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products.
