Qualifications

• Prior relevant experience in guest service is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas in tidy and sanitary condition at all times.
• Assist guests in booking spa services via spa software and guide them to appointments, using sauna, steam, whirlpools and other amenities.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.
