Job summary

Las Vegas-based MGM Resorts International is seeking a Spa Attendant to create a serene, luxurious environment from guest arrival. You will warmly welcome guests, ensure cleanliness, and support the team to deliver an exceptional spa experience.

You will assist with spa service bookings, guide guests through amenities, and help promote treatments and retail products. This role starts at $14.00 per hour, with perks including free meals and parking, wellness incentives, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Prior relevant experience in guest service is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas ensuring they are well stocked, and in tidy and sanitary condition at all times
• Assist guests in the booking of spa services via spa software, direct guests to their appointments and assist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
