Job summary

The starting rate is $20.00 per hour, with responsibilities including overseeing daily spa/salon operations, resolving guest concerns, and driving service and retail revenue while promoting wellness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of guest service or hospitality experience.
• Spa & Salon knowledge and passion for wellness.
• Has previous leadership experience.

THE JOB:

As a Spa & Salon Supervisor at Mandalay Bay & W Las Vegas, you'll set the tone for an unforgettable guest experience with your warm welcome and genuine service. By taking the time to understand each guest’s unique needs and story, you’ll help create personalized moments that leave a lasting impression well beyond their time with us.

THE STARTING RATE:

$20.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee daily operations within the spa and/or salon environment ensuring guest and employee satisfaction by providing services, products, and experiences of the highest caliber
• Ensure timely and professional resolution of any guest related challenges and/or concerns, communicate and implement company policies and objectives to employees, and maintain efficient staffing and supply levels needed to provide superior service and maximize all revenue opportunities
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a guest service or hospitality
• Knowledgeable in Spa & Salon services and has a passion for wellness and selfcare is preferred
• Has previous leadership experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older
