Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Spa Director to oversee daily spa operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead the spa management team. You will ensure Wynn standards are upheld, manage payroll and labor, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires strong leadership, outstanding communication, and the ability to work across departments within a high-end resort environment. This position is based on site in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of leadership experience in spa/wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and motivate staff.
• Proven ability to manage payroll and labor considerations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations and ensure Wynn Las Vegas standards.
• Lead and develop spa management, leads and staff across all levels.
• Maintain guest satisfaction through proactive problem solving and service recovery.
• Coordinate with management to staff, train, and evaluate employees.
• Manage inventory, payroll, and vendor relationships for spa operations.
• Ensure confidentiality and professional conduct of all guests and staff.
• Liaise with retail division to promote spa products and services.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
