Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a part-time Male Spa Attendant to help create a serene, luxurious environment for guests. You will welcome guests, keep spa facilities clean and well stocked, and assist with bookings and using spa amenities.

The role emphasizes attentiveness, service, and upselling treatments, with starting pay of $14 per hour plus tips. Ideal candidates have 6+ months guest service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of prior relevant experience in guest service is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas ensuring they are well stocked, and in tidy and sanitary condition at all times.
• Assist guests in the booking of spa services via spa software, direct guests to their appointments and assist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.
