Job summary

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking an energetic Assistant Spa Sales Manager with enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, a self-starter attitude and a “think outside the box” approach. The role requires 2–3 years of sales/customer service experience, preferably in luxury hotels, spas or gyms, and offers a path for growth in a supportive environment.

The position emphasizes leading the front desk, driving membership sales, training Spa Associates, and promoting the wellness

• Retail/sales experience with high conversion skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily sales operations of the front desk.
• Motivate and train our Spa Associate team to convert and perform at 40+% conversion.
• A passion for people and sales.
• High level of enthusiasm.
• Proven record of sales success in a membership based business.
• Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line.
