Overview

Elements Massage in Columbus, OH is looking for a motivated, sales-driven professional to join our team as a Floating Sales Lead. This is not just a front desk position. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building relationships with clients, driving membership sales, and helping studios achieve growth goals while providing operational support across all three Columbus locations (Easton, Hilliard, and Dublin).

As the Supervisor, you will serve as the primary on-call team member, provide coverage when staffing needs arise, and play a key role in converting guests into wellness program members. Success in this position requires strong sales skills, flexibility, reliability, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. You will be regularly scheduled at one or more locations each week 30-32 hours and be on call for additional shifts when unexpected coverage is needed. This is a full-time position.

What You'll Do

Sales & Membership Growth

• Educate clients on wellness membership options and benefits

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $18-20 per hour

Monthly Shift Lead Bonus: $250

To receive the monthly bonus, the District Shift Lead must cover at least 80% of call-off shifts during the month.

Sales Commission Opportunities

Membership Conversion Performance:

• 25% Conversion Rate = $10 per membership sold
• 30% Conversion Rate = $15 per membership sold
• 35% Conversion Rate = $20 per membership sold
