Job summary

Elements Massage in Florida is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will follow a proven sales process, promote the Elements Wellness Program, and build lasting client relationships in a spa-like setting.

Ideal candidates enjoy talking and listening to clients, deliver exceptional customer service, and are comfortable using simple scheduling and payment software. Competitive hourly pay plus bonuses and commissions offered.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
• Customer service in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred; attention, hospitality, and execution.
• Familiarity with modern office tools; scheduling and payments are processed with simple programs.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service in a spa‑like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.


• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‑to‑learn computer programs.
