Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Hollywood is seeking energetic Spa Sales Associates who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and enjoy helping clients commit to wellness through massage and facial memberships. This is a membership sales and guest experience role with strong earning potential and advancement opportunities.

You’ll greet guests, present memberships, upsell services, follow up with prospects, and help maximize therapist schedules while delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or membership sales experience.
• Comfortable asking for the sale and working toward goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable, outgoing, and team-oriented personality.
• Comfortable using booking software and POS systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Membership Sales and Client Retention: Sell massage and facial memberships to guests; Explain membership benefits confidently; Recommend services, upgrades, and wellness plans; Follow up with potential members and inactive guests.
• Keep the Spa Booked and Busy: Call, text, and follow up with guests to fill openings; Confirm appointments and reduce cancellations; Encourage pre-booking and recurring appointments; Help maximize therapist and esthetician schedules.
• Front Desk and Guest Experience: Greet guests and create a welcoming environment; Answer phones and schedule appointments; Support a smooth and organized front desk operation; Deliver exceptional customer service.
