Hand & Stone in Cary, NC seeks a Spa Sales Associate to welcome clients and deliver a 5-star spa experience. You will confidently promote memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades while maintaining knowledge of spa menus and promotions.

This role offers base pay with commissions, flexible day/evening/weekend shifts, training, and advancement opportunities within a leading spa brand. No prior sales experience is required, just a positive attitude and reliability.

Qualifications

• Base pay + commissions on memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades. (Our 2025 average hourly rate is $15.84, with top associates earning up to $20/hr.)

What We’re Looking For
