Hand & Stone Spa Algonquin is seeking a personable Spa Sales Associate to join our team. This full/part-time role focuses on greeting clients, booking services, educating guests about the lifestyle program and promoting gift cards and spa packages.

We value energetic individuals who can multitask in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet personal and spa sales goals. Training and development are available, with health benefits and performance bonuses.

Full time / Part Time Positions available

$18- $24 per hour (base pay plus commission)

OVERVIEW

Hand & Stone Spa in Algonquin is looking for outgoing, professional and goal-oriented Spa Sales Associates to join our growing team!

This is not a summer seasonal position, we are looking for someone for the long term.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet clients upon arrival
• Check clients in/out for services while providing excellent customer service
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Educate/Promote the Hand & Stone Lifestyle Program
• Customize services for clients to match their needs
• Sell gift cards and spa packages
• Promote member retention
• Meet personal and spa sales goals
