Job summary

Hand & Stone Spa in Algonquin is seeking outgoing, professional Spa Sales Associates to join our growing team. Compensation ranges from $18 to $24 per hour base pay plus commission, with long-term opportunities.

The role requires greeting clients, processing check-ins/outs, scheduling, promoting the Lifestyle Program, and meeting sales goals while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous membership sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Driven to achieve both personal and spa sales goals.
• Energetic and enjoy working with people.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Willingness to gain knowledge of products and services.
• Must be professional at all times with clients.
• Possess strong phone and computer skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from the spa.
• Weekend availability is required.
