Hand and Stone in Raleigh, NC is hiring Spa Associates for a dynamic, guest-focused role. You will welcome guests, answer phones, book appointments, and sell memberships and upgrades while promoting wellness benefits of massage therapies.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Zenoti (will train) and basic accounting principles.
• Able to work flexible days and hours.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest.
