This commission-based role requires weekends and evenings and focuses on delivering a relaxing spa experience while driving sales of services, memberships, and gift cards.

Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, educating on wellness benefits, managing appointments, and providing friendly service in a busy retail

• Possess a friendly and positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Accountable self-starter willing to take initiative
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Work collaboratively and reliably in a team environment

HAND & STONE MASSAGE AND FACIAL SPA

Hand & Stone at the West end is seeking client-focused and experienced membership and/or retail sales professionals to join our rapidly growing spa in an upscale shopping district.

The Front Desk Spa Sales Associate plays a key role in hosting our clients through a relaxing and rejuvenating experience as well as promoting and marketing the Hand & Stone Lifestyle Program as an effective approach to improving health and wellness. This is a commission based role with incentives based on performance. This role would require weekends and evenings.

The spa sales associate is responsible for:
