Job summary

Hand & Stone Spa in Algonquin is seeking a Spa Sales Associate to join our team and drive membership sales, greet clients, and promote our spa offerings. This is a long-term position with both full-time and part-time options and a base pay of $18–$24 per hour plus commission.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is required; training and development opportunities are provided, along with health benefits

Qualifications

• Previous membership sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Driven to achieve both personal and spa sales goals.
• Energetic and enjoy working with people.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Willingness to gain knowledge of products and services.
• Must be professional at all times with clients.
• Possess strong phone and computer skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from the spa.
• Weekend availability is required.

Hand & Stone Spa in Algonquin is looking for outgoing, professional and goal-oriented Spa Sales Associates to join our growing team!

This is not a summer seasonal position, we are looking for someone for the long term.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check clients in/out for services while providing excellent customer service
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
