Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide in Hawaii is seeking a Spa Reservations Coordinator to manage the reservation and booking process for spa treatments, with a goal to maximize spa revenue and guest satisfaction.

You will assist with arrival and departure experiences, process guest billing, and maintain a clean, sensory spa environment for owners and guests.

This role requires excellent communication, basic computer skills, and persuasive telephone sales to promote available packages and retail options.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication.
• Requires good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to use basic computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reservations and bookings for spa treatments to maximize revenue.
• Assist guests with arrival, departure, and guest billing processes.
• Maintain high quality guest service and cleanliness in Spa/Health Club.
• Provide tours of The Spa and explain packages available.
• Maintain organized workstation and handle daily tasks as assigned.
