Job summary

Luxor, a flagship MGM Resorts property in Las Vegas, seeks a friendly Spa Receptionist to welcome guests, manage check-in, and coordinate with departments to ensure a smooth experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year guest service experience, a HS diploma or GED, and is at least 18. Starting rate is $15.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow within a lively entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in guest service is preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department
• Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff
• Work closely with the functional department groups as necessary
• Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and looks neat for all incoming guests
